Always make sure that anyone coming to your establishment with live animals in England carries an active Animal Activity Licence, details of which should be on the provider’s website.
Scotland and Wales will be following suit on this and it is hoped that legislation will be in place for this across the next few years. In the meantime, our presenters working within these areas operate at the same high standards as those working under a licence, and are regularly inspected by our in house animal welfare and licensing team.
See below for a full list of our ZooLab Rangers who currently hold an active Animal Activity Licence along with their unique licence number.
Please note: you can request a copy of their licence at time of booking. This will be sent to you along with confirmation details for your ZooLab visit.
