Rainforest Adventure!A workshop full of drama, storytelling and games. Our presenter will bring the world’s most exciting habitat alive with a tale of being stranded in the Rainforest! Marvel at their tales of this wonderful habitat and of course, you will meet some of its astonishing animals. Rainforest Adventurer will be available all over the UK! Including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Exeter, Plymouth, Wales and Yorkshire. No matter where you are in the country we will try our best to come and visit you! |
As well as our Rainforest Adventurer topic, we will be looking at some other fascinating topics over the next few months. Including -
Minibeasts - Our classic Minibeasts workshop provides a gentle introduction to the fascinating world of classification. We will introduce your children to some of our Invertebrates, including arthropods, molluscs, crustaceans and arachnids! Finally, they will get to meet a very special, slithery, scaly vertebrate. Who could it be?!
The Rainforest Roadshow - This workshop will take your students on a journey through the many layers of a tropical rainforest, from the dark forest floor to the dizzy heights of the canopy. With the help of some real rainforest animals students can explore predator-prey relationships and food webs. Discover how a variety of creatures adapt to fit their surroundings and what it means for a species to be endangered.
Mission : Rainforest - The world’s richest eco-system. Your class will find themselves stranded in the Amazon Rainforest. Who will they meet? What will they meet? And, how will they escape? Your class will have to use team work and decision making in order to find their way out. Along the way they will learn about environmental awareness and be introduced to some very special animals!
