We’re sizing up  Operation Ocelot

OP OCELOT LOGO_4x.png

ZooLab has measured it's garden and will be raising money to save the same sized area of rainforest in Brazil, which is home to many animals including the Ocelot!

ZooLab's Rangers have been measuring-up the area of their gardens and outdoor spaces. We've added up the total area and will fundraise to save the same area of the Brazilian rainforest!

On top of this, ZooLab is donating £5 per customer who books a Rainforest workshop between January - March to Operation Ocelot.

Our target is £500 to be raised by the end of March.

Zoolab Environment Time Machine

KS2 and KS3;
Ages 7 - 14

OVERVIEW: The ZET (Zoolab Environment Time Machine) is an interactive interface which travels long through the past and years into the future looking at climate data. What animals have become extinct animals and what problems is the planet facing?  Comparing data from different eras allows us to form a direct comparison between human behaviour and climate change.

This year’s climate summit in Scotland is the world’s last best chance to avert climate catastrophe. By implementing change now and educating future generations can we tackle climate issues head on.

NEW!

World Cleanup Day is a global movement, uniting 180 countries and millions of people across the world to clean up the planet.

You don’t have to be a ZooLab Ranger to  know that a cleaner planet means better habitats for animals and thriving ecosystems.

As part of World Cleanup Day 2021,  we cleaned up the area around ZooLab HQ and all our ZooLab Rangers across the UK  joined  the effort too!

ZooLab gives back!

ZooLab's ambitions go beyond the UK. We want to support well organised conservation efforts wherever we can, like the project by Nkombi Volunteer Programme which highlights the issue of poaching in South Africa.
