Darwin's theory of natural selection taught us that we need to adapt and overcome in order to survive. Things have changed so much already this year and ZooLab has had to change too. So, we're evolving.

We STILL amaze, educate and inspire through our ethical and engaging animal encounters. The care and safety of our animals, our Rangers and the general public is always our number one priority.

So, until it's safe, we're suspending visits. We are following all government advice and hope to be back up and running as usual as soon as possible.

Don't worry - there's still  lots of  ZooLab  fun to be had!

We're STILL the UK’s #1 for ethical  animal encounters

Meet Our Team!

Before your visit, we'd love you to meet our ZooLab Rangers and their animals.

Our ZooLab Rangers, each with their own 'animal team', work closely with early years, schools, businesses and in the care sector to achieve learning outcomes, engage with people in an informative way and to entertain through our unique online animal workshops.

We offer a tried and trusted product which we’ve evolved over 20 years. We are continually revising and developing all of our workshop experiences to make them as relevant as possible.

We have over 20 years of experience

No matter where you are in Britain, everyone can experience ZooLab. From John O Groats to Lands End, we give you an educational and entertaining digital animal interaction experience that's fun, personal and informative.

We operate everywhere in the UK!

We love our animals and their welfare is paramount. Our animals are healthy, happy and well-adjusted. We always encourage them to display their natural behaviours.

We are an ethical organisation

We understand the requirements of the curriculum and ensure we meet the required learning experiences and outcomes. We can even create bespoke workshops specifically for your needs.

We design around curriculium outcomes

ZooLab's ambitions go beyond the UK. We want to support well organised conservation efforts wherever we can, like the project by Nkombi Volunteer Programme which highlights the issue of poaching in South Africa.
