I’m from America!
Corn snakes come from the USA and live in fields.
I love making new friends.
Corn snakes are non-venomous, naturally curious and friendly.
I’m bold and loud!
They are usually orange or dark yellow in colour. Unfortunately, due to their bright markings, they often get mistaken for venomous snakes.
I love adventure.
When they are not searching for food, corn snakes are hiding in underground burrows or climbing up the trees.
I’m strong and athletic.
Corn snakes are constrictors. They wrap their body around the victim and squeeze it using all their muscles.
But I have bad table manners.
Corn snakes require food every couple of days. Once the prey is dead a corn snake will swallow it in one mouthful.
