You will be logical and thoughtful in your approach, constantly mindful of our field staff and their limitations. You will have excellent administrative skills and your customer service will be second to none.
You’ll work to tight KPI’s covering everything from sales to wrap time so you’ll definitely have an excellent work ethic. Objectives of the role:

To deliver the highest levels of support the sales strategy team.

Sell ZooLab products into our core marketplaces as per the call scoring matrix.

Consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.

Ensure all bookings made follow the rules of the diary test to ensure presenter welfare.

Ensure the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Required skills

Experience working in a sales environment.

Good standard of English and Maths.

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience of dealing with a wide variety of people.

Basic skills in Microsoft Office/Excel

Problem solving skills.

Ability to self-motivate.

Ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities
-
Telephone based calls selling ZooLab products into our core marketplaces as directed.

Building excellent customer relationships
-
Conducting both incoming and outgoing sales calls as directed.

Consistent achievement of sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators.

Providing a regular flow of innovative ideas and suggestions.

Maintaining a sound understanding of all ZooLab products as well as all other key information including presenter location and any relevant policies and procedures.

Honouring any price changes, seasonal campaigns and any other changes and ensure these are communicated accurately to the customer.

Communicating ZooLab’s key messages at every opportunity.

Ensuring compliance on all calls following the guidelines outlined in the call scoring matrix.

Utilising the CRM system effectively to maximise sales potential.

Ensuring all bookings meet the rules of the Diary Test.

Displaying the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Preferred skills
-
Proven track record of meeting or achieving sales targets.
-
Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

Experience of diary management.
-
Good knowledge of UK postcode areas.
