Jack joined ZooLab in 2023. He works in East Sussex and the surrounding areas.
Jack is a ZooLab favourite, who sandwiches ZooLab with travelling the world. He is just home from exploring South America and Southeast Asia and can’t wait to share his insights with you.
Jack always wanted to work with animals and has a background in animal rescue and zookeeping.

Jack’s favourite place to visit has been Bosnia, where he spent time rescuing wolves and bears.

Jack is a published children’s fiction writer whose book focuses on a character who saves animals.
Jaguar Spotting
Jack’s number one animal to spot is the jaguar. They managed to evade him on his most recent rainforest trip.
“Spending time in rainforests and seeing how many completely different species can exist within one ecosystem was amazing. Seeing it first hand gave me a better insight into animal behaviour.”
