This month we will be speaking to ZooLab Manager, Grant!
Hi Grant, how long have you worked for ZooLab?
11 fine years.
What is your role in the company?
Customer Service and Field Sales Manager but I've really been doing a bit of everything the past 18 months. With ZooLab, everyday is different! Can you think of a day which was completely out of the ordinary for you?
I went on the road with Ross to get a better insight into a Ranger's working day. It was an eye-opening experience, where we visited 4 venues in one day. Needless to say, Ross didn't put his hand in his wallet and got a coffee and biscuit out of me.
What is something you love about working for Zoolab?
Mostly the people. We've got a good bunch.
Tell us a little bit about yourself! What is a typical day in your life like?
Things are a bit different now as I am working from home at a desk in my bedroom. I start at 7.30 am and answer customer and staff emails throughout the day. Typically I'll get around 50 emails per day. I'll be on the phone with customers during the day and speak to staff to advise them on diary and general matters. Working from home has its perks as I'll put my tunes on through the day and get some housework done during my breaks
What did you want to be when you were young?
Footballer / Detective / Guitarist What's your favourite holiday and why?
Got to be Xmas
Do you have any pets?
No
If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be?
Tough one but probably would say Robin Williams. Certainly would be entertaining!
And finally, where is your ultimate holiday destination?
Vegas! Hopefully get to go there one day.
