We can ALL do our part! ZooLab’s Climate Crusdaers workshops already links to the UK's 'Green Flag' initiative, and global and local environment issues. As a workshop experience that links personal behaviour to global citizenship, this workshop explores what pupils can do to help animals and people all over the world. Dealing with issues of consumption of raw materials, alternatives and recycling – with practical examples from the animal and insect world, Eco Investigators shows how informed personal choices as a consumer can protect animals, habitats and people all over the world.
Like the Eco Schools programme, ZooLab can help make every school in the country sustainable and bring about behaviour change in young people and those connected to them. This will ensure that good habits learned in schools are followed through into homes and communities.
