Let's talk about: September

Updated: Sep 26, 2022

ZooLab has evolved!

Like our crawly counterparts, we understand the need to change and adapt to our circumstances, like the animals featured in our Amazing Adaptations workshop. Which is why we'd love to introduce you to the new look ZooLab! Don't worry, we're still the same family-run company, we just look a bit more 2019! Check out our new website for a full list of all our workshops, free downloadable resources, blogs, videos and more!

Meet our team members!

Our amazing team of ZooLab Rangers are what makes us the UK's #1 for ethical hands-on animal encounters which is why we thought might like to meet them.

Introducing...Ranger Tristan - one of ZooLab's longest serving Rangers!

Welcome to our new animal members!

Anna has welcomed a beautiful new ball python named Dolly! She is 3 years old and enjoying her new career.

Welcome to the team, Aurora!

Aurora lives with Becky and is a 14 month old royal python.

Dale, the snail, having a good look at his new home. Did you know? Anya's other snails also have great names - Gail, Christian Bale and Gary!

Eleanor has adopted this nameless cutie! He is still a little skinny and needs lots of grubs and veggies to help bulk him up.

If you have a suggestions please let us know!

Three species have joined Lucy's team - death feigning beetles, rainbow millipedes and a new (giant) giant African land snail.

Happy Retirement!

Max, Lydia's old boy, is enjoying retirement. His favourite hobby is enjoying a good snuggle and nap on the sofa.

Find out more about ZooLab's animal retirement and welfare policies.

Happy Birthday

Happy 1st birthday Melvin and Maynard! They had a great day celebrating with Ranger Anya, who made them party hats. Can you guess the naughty brother?
